Return to your studies – Claim Refusal
We have been informed that many class members who should qualify for reimbursement have been refused because they returned to their studies.
If you received the claims notice from the government and if your LAST student loan was obtained before June 30, 1997 or before April 30, 1998 and you finished or abandoned your studies after those dates you are indeed part of the group, even if you returned to your studies thereafter.
